It’s December!! 2024 has almost come to an end, as will all ICHRIE Memberships on 31 December. Memberships can be renewed at any time, but to get the most from the benefits it’s always a good idea to renew by the end of the year.

I didn’t receive an invoice. Can you send it to me?
Of course! Don’t forget you can also log into your member portal to find any invoices and receipts you have with your membership.

We’ve had changes in our faculty. How can I add or remove a faculty from my Premium Membership?
Now is the perfect time to update your faculty roster! Changes can be made at any time by the lead contact on your premium membership. (see the “How To” document below) The lead contact/administrator will have access the details for the overall organization faculty updates, viewing invoices and payment details.
As of 2024, we’ve added the option to have your administrator—the one who will facilitate payment of the invoices and updating faculty—included on the membership without taking a faculty spot. We know that often it’s not one of the faculty completing payments and updates and we hope this will help smooth the process for our members. Let us know if you need assistance!

If you are sending a check or paying by wire transfer, please be sure to note the invoice number and include a $25 Wiring Fee.

To help the ICHRIE office maintain contact with you, be sure to update your membership contact details as well as any position updates and added selection (up to three) Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
