CALL FOR PAPERS
This symposium focuses on contemporary issues related to the hospitality and tourism industry.
The author(s) requires a faculty advisor/mentor and should be enrolled as a junior or senior in a
hospitality and tourism management program at an ICHRIE member institution.
Eta Sigma Delta (ESD) seeks a two-page abstract based on the conference themes below:
- Operations, Leadership & Workforce: Managing hospitality organizations and people.
- Tourism, Destination & Experience Management: Understanding destinations, visitors, and tourism systems.
- Innovation, Technology & the Future of Hospitality: Exploring emerging trends and digital transformation.
- Teaching, Learning & Hospitality Education: Advancing hospitality education and workforce preparation.
Important Dates:
- 16 November 2026 – Two-page abstract submission deadline
- 4 December 2026 – Notification of abstract acceptance
- 29 January 2027 – At least one author must register for the symposium to secure placement in the program
- 29 January 2027 – Full paper submission deadline (optional; required for Best Paper Award consideration)
