Kudos to Former ICHRIE Secretary, Andy Feinstein

Long-time ICHRIE member and former ICHRIE Secretary, Andy Feinstein, retired as the 13^th President of the University of Northern Colorado on 31 July 2026. Andy's eight years as UNC President transformed the campus and was highlighted by the opening of the College of Osteopathic Medicine on 24 July 2026. COM will serve the rural population of northern Colorado, bringing healthcare to areas where it may be difficult to access care.

Andy was honored at a reception on Thursday, 23 July 2026 that featured Governor Polis of Colorado reading the Proclamation of 23 August 2026 as Andy Feinstein Day in Colorado. Friday, 24 August 2026 was proclaimed Andy Feinstein Day in Weld County. Following his Presidential service, Andy will be on sabbatical until Fall 2027 when he will be based in UNC's College of Business as Professor of Management.
