To help ensure a smooth and successful presentation experience, please review the important information below regarding presentation-day logistics, technology requirements, and the attached Creative Teaching Lab Schedule.

Presentation Day Information

What Should I Bring?

All Presenters should bring a laptop with their presentation pre-loaded and a flash drive as backup. Please do not plan to use wifi to download your presentation. An HDMI cable will be provided; however, Mac users should bring their own adapter.

Presentation Logistics

  • There will be two concurrent presentation sessions during each time slot, held in Rooms 380 and 382.
  • Each presentation is 20 minutes, which includes 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session begins and have your presentation loaded and ready to open. This will help ensure a smooth transition between presenters.
  • All presenters will receive a digital Certificate of Participation approximately two weeks after the conference.

Creative Teaching Lab Schedule

For your convenience, I have included the Creative Teaching Lab Schedule, extracted from the general conference schedule for easy reference.
