ckbk is a comprehensive e-resource for hospitality and culinary arts, giving access to the full content of more than 1,100 cookbooks and culinary reference works via the ckbk website and app.

Leading universities, technical colleges and culinary schools already use ckbk as a research and teaching resource.

A 20% discount on standard ckbk institutional subscription rates (based on Campus FTEs) will be extended to ICHRIE members taking out ckbk subscriptions before Thursday, 31 December 2026.
