Aili Wu is a 2026 Dissertation Proposal Competition winner. Aili presented her completed dissertation, 'Game-changing justice: Leveraging gamified storytelling to combat human trafficking in hospitality', at the 2026 ICHRIE Global Conference in Las Vegas in July. Aili graduated from the University of Central Florida and is now an Assistant Professor of Management at Northeastern State University (OK). CHRIE FutureFund™ is pleased to introduce Aili Wu and we wish her the best as she launches her academic career.
Lingyan Zhang is a 2026 Dissertation Proposal Competition winner. She presented her winning proposal, 'Strategic sustainability communication in tourism and hospitality: A co-branding perspective', at the ICHRIE Global Conference in Las Vegas in July. Lia is a doctoral candidate at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. CHRIE FutureFund™ is pleased to introduce Lia and we wish her the best as she completes her doctoral degree.
Soo Yeon Kwak is a 2026 Dissertation Proposal Competition winner. Her winning proposal, 'Self-disclosure as a relationship marketing strategy in brand-customer relationships', was presented at the 2026 ICHRIE Global Conference in Las Vegas in July. Soo Yeon Kwak is a doctoral candidate at Purdue University. Future Fund is pleased to introduce Soo Yeon Kwak and we wish her the best as she moves towards degree completion.
