New for 2025: Chapter of Distinction & End of Year Report - No Service Theme

The ESD BOG has worked to create an electronic form in place of the Word Document required for the Year End Report submission. 

• You will now electronically submit how your chapter incorporated the ESD Points of Honor, Creativity, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Ethics, Excellence, Leadership, & Service. 
• At the same time, you will be able to self-select if you want your chapter to be considered for Chapter of Distinction. 
• There is also a place for you to upload and share your induction ceremony photos.
