Co-Located HITEC Event Registration Bonus for ICHRIE Attendees Who Qualify
Qualified ICHRIE Attendees receive an additional complimentary registration benefit, to attend the Co-Located HITEC Conference, which is being held at the Indiana Convention Centre, June 16-19, 2025.
Qualified HSMAI attendees receive a complimentary Exhibits Only registration ticket to HITEC (a$450 USD value). The complementary Exhibits Only registration includes access to all HITEC Headliner presentations, plus the 3 days of access to the HITEC Exhibit Hall, Technology Showcase Sessions and Exhibitor Tutorial Sessions. Note: The HITEC Exhibit Hall is only open Tuesday-Thursday to the attendees. The Exhibitor presented Technology Showcase and Exhibitor Tutorial sessions are also include with this complimentary registration. This complimentary registration option does not include access to any of the HITEC education sessions. These options are available to the ICHRIE attendees for additional purchase.

FAQs
- All qualifying ICHRIE attendees will need to pick up their HITEC attendee registration badge on level 1 of the convention center in the Crossroads Lobby.
- For entry into any HITEC scheduled event, a HITEC registration is required. An ICHRIE badge will not allow someone to participate in any HITEC function.
- Registrations are available to any ICHRIE attendee – please visit the HITEC registration desk to register. Please send anyone with questions about HITEC to the HITEC registration desk.

Once inside the Indiana Convention Center, level 1, make your way to the Wabash and Crossroads lobby intersection, where the HITEC Registration desk will be located. As a reminder, you must pick up your HITEC Attendee Badge to have access to the co-located event.
HFTP will also have HITEC directional signage inside the convention center, leading to the HITEC registration area.
