ICHRIE Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your registration, please review the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ICHRIE, 3900 Westerre Parkway, Suite 300, Richmond, Virginia 23233 by Friday, 30 May 2025. See refund policy below.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations received on or before Friday, 9 May 2025
• Full refund, minus a [$50} administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between Friday, 9 May 2025 and Friday, 30 May 2025
• 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, 30 May 2025 or for no-shows.

Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing with the name and contact information of the substitute attendee.

Force Majeure
In the event the conference is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), we reserve the right to issue full or partial refunds or apply credits toward future events.
