Our host hotel, JW Marriott INDY offers the use of their online group reservations system for our conference rate powered by Passkey.  All reservations should be made, modified or canceled by individuals online at the special URL: https://book.passkey.com/go/ICHRIE2025 or by calling Marriott’s special toll-free number: +1 866-704-6162.

ICHRIE ROOM RATE

The ICHRIE group rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the cutoff date of Thursday, 22 May 2025.

Any reservations made after the cutoff date will be at the Hotel’s then current available rate. Our conference rate is set at $264.00 per night and is subject to applicable state and local taxes at 17% at the time of check out. All guest rooms booked inside our ICHRIE block will be offered complimentary basic wireless internet.

RESERVATION DETAILS

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Any room cancellations must be given at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival, or a one night’s room and tax charge will be required.
